Periscope - 404 Error when accessing the dashboard from a browser.

If you attempt to access Periscope in a browser and get a 404 error, ensure you have the following items in place:

1) Periscope jar files installed.  If using the offline version, ensure BOTH the online and offline files are installed in the software manager.

2) License and certificate are installed in the platform.

3) Obix network installed under Drivers folder of the Niagara station.

4) Periscope service is installed under the Services folder of the Niagara station.
